Product Configuration Options
Our unique and highly flexible way of handling the many product configurations that a business invariably contains has become a market leader in the simplicity of application, and is tailored to fit in with the traditional 'point & click' application of a Windows environment like a dream.
We call it simply - 'OPTIONS' - as this term seems to sum up the many variations that are usually offered on each sales product - options such as:
Material, Colour, Handing, Handles, Style Difference, Price Banding, Sizes, Item Groups
Plus the many, many others, that are perhaps unique to your business, and your products.
OPTIONS can handle them all in a simple and uncomplicated format, that allows the user to select or change them, on each customer order, from a defined list that shows only those option descriptions that have been approved - simple for the Order Processor - simple for Manufacturing and or Purchasing - whatever is selected will shows on all documentation - reducing the chances of operator and product error throughout the whole manufacturing process, whilst also taking account of the different costs associated with each different Option as selected.
