Our support plans include telephone access to our Technical Support organization and a variety of other support services. The level of support your business requires will determine the plan that best fits your needs.
Comprehensive programs for customers using any level Factory Control Systems product
Extended
Unlimited Access Two support contacts have access to technical support during normal local business hours for any of the designated products. You also receive Remote Access services to your Server for added convenience and faster response.
Incident
-Case-Based Support Telephone support is provided during normal local business hours. Support can be purchased in convenient, annual 10-case packs that can be used for any of the designated products. Case packs expire one year from date of purchase or when all cases have been used, whichever occurs first. Individual cases are also available for lower volume requirements.
Software Services
Factory Control Systems continuously improves its software so that you can develop information systems to keep your business on the competitive edge. Software Services enable access to these software improvements through new version releases and maintenance releases as follows:
- New Version Releases To keep your system current, these fully tested new version releases are issued periodically and often include new features, improved performance, and changes to ensure your Factory Control Systems products are optimized for your operating system and hardware. These releases also include fixes for software defects identified in earlier versions.
- Maintenance Releases Factory Control Systems periodically releases fully tested, production-quality maintenance releases, which include software fixes. These releases undergo regression testing and compatibility testing with other Factory Control Systems products to ensure the release is up to our product quality standards.
- The Update Subscription Plan is an annual plan ensuring your receipt of all the major and minor new version releases for a given software product within the year.
